Position Summary: Coordinate activities carried out within the production process for the (s) area (s) of action in order to meet production schedules on time, quantities and pre-established quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Ensure to meet KPI standards in assigned area and tasks.
•Coordinate the activities performed in the production process, monitoring, guiding and evaluation of daily workflow.
•Set the production and allocate the resources needed to meet the program.
•Ensure that the production line is always supplied with productive and unproductive material.
•Execute on the Yield and the UPH (units per hour performance) KPI corrective actions.
•Request of components and consumables for the area.
•Serve as the focal point for audits.
•Monitor material for WIP (work in process) and ensure first in/first out in assigned area.
•Maintain contact with the areas of support for the process whenever necessary.
•Disseminate and ensure the implementation of quality policies, safety, occupational health and environment.
•Mentor, train and conduct performance evaluation for Operators.
•Ensure assigned team complies with 5S methodology standards and discipline.
•Direct support of Zone Leads and Supervisors.
•Interact and collaborate with support areas.
•Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
•High School Diploma/GED equivalent and a minimum of 2 years working in electronic repair or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Flow production process of assembly lines.
•Understand the Production Flow process and the Job responsibilities of the area.  
•Feedback: a tool for professional development.
•People Management skills and Disciplinary measures.
•Quality Tools such as PDCA, 8D.
•Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
•Keep your work area daily, according to the standard of the 5S 's.
•Participate in Lean Manufacturing key principles on quality, costs, productivity and social responsibility, etc.
•Comply with and enforce the provisions of the System Management Environment, Health and Safety.
•Ensure that policies, procedures and work instructions of your work area are updated and implemented.
•Comply with the annual mandatory training plan.
•Maintain the effectiveness of the Quality Management System according to the applicable standards.
•Ensure that determine and fulfill the requirements according to Customer commitment and regulatory provisions applicable.
